TAIYUAN -- China on Tuesday sent a new satellite into space from the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center in North China's Shanxi province.
太原 -- 中國周二從位于山西省北部的太原衛星發射中心將一顆新衛星送入太空。
The satellite, Tianping 3, was launched at 8:10 am (Beijing Time) using a Long March 6 carrier rocket, and has successfully entered its preset orbit.
