目前, 許多中學生不重視課外閱讀。請你根據下表內容寫一篇短文，對這一現狀進行分析并提出建議。

At present only a few students do some reading after class. Here are several reasons.

八、書面表達（滿分15分）

At present only a few students do some reading after class. Here are several reasons. First of all, quite a lot of students are burdened with too much homework. Still others haven’t formed a habit of reading. They would rather spend their spare time on TV or on the Internet.

However, reading has many benefits. Through reading we can learn more about the world. Besides, it can help us think better. Last but not least, reading can make our life more colourful.

  Here are my suggestions. For one thing, teachers are supposed to limit the amount of our homework so that we can have more time to read. For another, it’s a good idea to form reading clubs and learn from each other.

1．本題總分為15分，按5個檔次給分。

2．評分時，先根據文章的內容和語言初步確定其所屬檔次，然后以該檔次的要求來衡量、確定或調整檔次，最后給分。

3．詞數少于規定詞數20詞以上者，扣1分。

    4．未寫建議的，扣2分。

    5．評分時，應注意的主要內容為：內容要點、運用詞匯和語法結構的準確性及上下文的連貫性、單詞拼寫的準確性。

各檔次的給分范圍和要求：

第五檔：（15—13分）

完全符合題目要求，表達清楚，內容豐富。使用多種語法結構和豐富的詞匯，語言通順，語意連貫，具有邏輯性。允許有個別語言錯誤。

第四檔：（12—10分）

符合題目要求，表達基本清楚，內容完整。語法結構和詞匯基本滿足文章需要。語言基本通順，語意基本連貫。有少量語言錯誤，但不影響整體理解。

第三檔：（9—7分）

表達不夠清楚，內容不夠完整，但尚能達意。語法結構和詞匯錯誤較多，語言不通順，影響整體理解。

第二檔：（6—4分）

與題目有關的內容不多，不能表達出基本要點。只是簡單拼湊，所寫內容難以理解。

第一檔：（3—0分）

白卷或文不對題或不知所云，只能寫出與內容有關的一些單詞。
