David:Actually, thanksgiving is a national holiday in the US, the origins are from the nationalhistory of the country. when the English builders arrived to the America, they suffered verysevere conditions. they didn't bring many resources, they were hungry and of course it was avery difficult time for them.
實際上感恩節是美國的全國性節日，這與美國的歷史密不可分。當初英國人到達美洲大陸，資源不夠，整天挨餓，所以他們現在用這個節日感謝救助過他們的土著印第安人。
