突破英語口語練習：怎樣用英語說“我要熬夜工作、學習”？

在繁忙的工作、學習生活中，很多年輕人偶爾會需要加班熬夜。
怎樣用英語說自己加班加點，開夜車？
 
Ways to say you are working or studying overnight:
 
1. I’m burning the midnight oil. 我在熬夜加班工作。
“Burn the midnight oil 燒午夜的燈油” — 這個表達很形象，形容人挑燈熬夜的樣子。
 
2. I’ll have to pull an all-nighter. 我得熬通宵了。“熬通宵”的英語說法是“to pull an all-nighter”。
 
3. I’m working till the small hours. 我得工作到凌晨。
“Small hours 小小時”的實際含義是“午夜到凌晨的那段時間”。
 
4. I’m working the graveyard shift. 我在上夜班。
雖然“graveyard shift 在墓地上班”聽起來很嚇人，但它的實際意思是“夜班”。
熬夜很傷身體，大家要盡力抓住白天的時間工作、學習，避免通宵達旦。
