12月18日，遠望3號遠洋航天測量船駛離碼頭，奔赴任務海域，開始執行新的海上測控任務。本次航行，遠望3號船的船員們將在海上迎來2023年元旦和春節。出航前，船員們全面檢修參試設備，扎實搞好人員培訓，周密開展物資補給，為順利出航和圓滿完成任務做好萬全準備。
China's tracking ship Yuanwang-3 departed from a port on Dec 18 for new spacecraft monitoring missions. The crew members will spend the New Year holiday and Spring Festival during this voyage. Before setting sail, they had examined facilities, received training, and replenished supplies to ensure the success of the missions.
 
【知識點】
遠望3號船是我國自主設計和建造的第二代航天測控船，主要擔負對火箭高中低軌衛星和飛船及空間站等目標的海上測控通信任務，20多年來60余次出海遠航，圓滿完成了以神舟、嫦娥、北斗任務為代表的100余次海上測控任務，測控成功率達百分之百。
2021年年初以來，遠望3號船已累計出航120余天，圓滿完成了以神舟十四號載人飛行任務為代表的4次海上測控任務，安全航行33000余海里。
